Chapter 13

My eyes are heavy but I still force them to open. I try to get up from the bed but I notice a weight on me, I then realize that it's Alex's hand. He grumbles and then pulls me closer to his bare chest.

That's when I realized what position we were in and I remembered what happened last night.

He never gave me a chance to escape and some weird part of me was glad. I'm still in shock of what happened and the more I think about it, the more conflicted I get.

As I can't help but feel confused on what's the best path between us now. It's either we'll act like it never happened and go on about our lives treating it like a beautiful mistake or we'll draw closer to one another and just treat it as one of those achievements that make us as a couple stronger.
