Chapter 55

Anthony woke up the next day feeling drained, he never imagined that he would have such a restless night yesterday.

Anthony got ready for work and getting downstairs there was no one at the dining table, just food.

After what happened yesterday and his mother not admitting what she did was wrong.

Anthony hoped that this won't tear his family apart.

Anthony didn't want to see anybody this morning so he thought It was good that he saw no one at the dining table. He decided it was best that he leave early so no one knows who will see him. He wasn't ready to face anyone yet.

Anthony was heading out the door when he had a voice that stopped him.

"Has it gotten to the point that you won't tell me you are leaving for work anymore?" Mrs Gilbert asked.

Anthony sighed in frustration because he wasn't in the mood to have any conversation with anyone at this moment and just wanted to be left alone.
