When Klaus and I arrived at his house, I saw Justin outside waiting to receive us.

Before I could alight from Klaus’ car, Justin rushed toward me, holding the car door open and smiling from ear to ear. I was a bit surprised by his behavior. As soon as I got out, he enveloped me in a bear hug. I had always known he harbored a soft heart within that tough exterior.

“Okay, that's enough, man,” Klaus said, prying Justin's hands off me. He reluctantly let me go, fixing me with a gaze that held so much warmth.

“You can't even begin to imagine how glad I am that you are here, Nora,” his gaze shifted to Klaus, then back to me. “I have always prayed for this moment, the moment when I would meet the both of you standing side by side like the couple that you are,” he beamed.

I caught Klaus rolling his eyes. “Come on, man, stop being so dramatic,” he clapped Justin on the shoulder and held out his hand to me. “Let's head inside, babe.”

I couldn't help the smile that spread across my face as
