Nora

Klaus and I were in my house when he got a call from his best friend, Justin. From the look on his face, whatever they were discussing was quite serious. I had my eyes fixed on him and watched him sit upright on the bed.

Klaus hung up and stared at me, rising from the bed with speed, rushing towards the wardrobe. “I need to leave, Nora.”

“Why?” I asked in surprise, covering the sheets around my naked body.

“My father is on his way here as we speak.”

I jerked up from the bed myself. “What?”

He pulled his pants up hurriedly. “I need to be as far away from here as possible right now”.

I got out of bed, trying to make sense of all that was going on. Alpha Raphael is on his way here? Holy cow!

I went to the couch and picked up my clothes, putting them on as I asked, “It is about your wedding, isn't it?”
