Rowen's POV

"Thank you," I said to the maid, watching as she picked up the tray that she had brought my food with and walked away. Sighing, I picked up the fork by the side of my plate and stabbed the meat in front of me with it.

It's been three days since I revealed to my sister what was going on with me. She had sent word to a certain wolf in our pack that she believed could help, asking that he bring the news of my predicament to the wolf in Moonstone pack. We were waiting for his response.

I plopped the piece of meat that I had cut off into my mouth and began chewing on it when the door in front of me suddenly opened. I looked up and found Raven entering the room, her eyes scanning the place.

"There's no one in here," I said to her as I returned my attention back to the food on my plate.

"The talk went well," Raven stated as she fully entered the room, shutting the door from the hearing of others. "He has agreed to help."
