Doug had brought in all of my purchases and I had to move them to the pantry until after lunch. The kitchen was smelling so good, I started humming as I worked. It has now been twenty years since that awful day. We have had so much happen since then. Kenny took his rightful place as Alpha of the Red Moon Pack when he was eighteen and Kyle took his place as Beta of Cold Springs pack at the same age.
