Marcie's POV

I kept waiting for my father to drop the video he was talking about so that I could see the magic in it.

I knew that he was at it again, and he wanted to use the opportunity to make me come to visit him, which I would not fall for.

His plans were for me to get bored and impatient about the videos so that I could start calling him on the phone or maybe come to the house.

I was no longer a kid, and I could tell when someone was about to play me, no matter the issue.

I just had to put my phone aside, and immediately I kept it there; there was a notification, and then I checked to find out what it was.

My father shared a video with me. I was really surprised because he acted beyond expectations. I thought he was about to play his little tricks on me again, but when I saw the video, I knew there was something really important he wanted to show me.
