Chapter 20

Aryan-

I couldn’t tell them that I hadn’t known that I was going to survive the jump. I lied to them about having known what I was capable of. In all reality, that entire experience was a first for me. If I had said that I didn’t know what would happen, other than a feeling, they would have made it into a big deal.

Moments before I decided to jump, I had felt something stir inside of me. Whatever it had been, had given me the idea to jump and reassured me that I would survive. It wasn’t a voice that I heard. It had merely been a feeling.

I questioned it for only an instant before I felt as if I could trust it. It crossed my mind that maybe I was getting my wolf, but as soon as I hit the ground, that feeling had disappeared. Whatever was going on, I could vaguely remember that same feeling the night my parents died.

“What are we going to do about them?” Liam asked, looking over at the students that had done Brianna’s dirty work, in an attempt to teach me a lesson.
