I jolted awake when I felt like I was falling while in my sleep. When I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw was Linden sleeping on the chair.

He stirred and rubbed his eyes. He might have felt that I was looking at him. “Hey.”

“When I told you to stay, I didn’t mean you stay on the chair. You can go out of this room or sleep in bed.”
