Chapter 3

The saleslady entertain Thomas immediately maybe she sees that his appearance and look is so much loaded and bankable.

"Hi sir.., the necklace is 1.5 million, do you want me to removed it from it's box,so you can check it finely. " She sweetly said in Thomas.

"Yes, please do." He said it with an icy voice. He just ignore the sweet voice of the saleslady.

Her forehead frown, it's her first time hearing Thomas like this. Because she always saw a sweet and affectionate Thomas always when it comes to women.

She can't believe that Thomas can resist the beauty and sweet voice of the beautiful saleslady.

Saleslady removed the necklace immediately at its special wooden glass box. She carefully handed the necklace at Thomas.

To the shock of saleslady and her, Thomas simply put it in my neck it's as if he just put a simple piece of jewelry.

After he put it, he said with so much sincerity in his voice..

"The necklace made beautifully for your neck Ashel." After he said it, his lips made a small smile.

After he said it, he picked his Premium Credit Card in his wallet, and he handed it with saleslady who is still shocked and desbelief is written all over her face. Maybe she can't believed that the one she insulted awhile ago, is now the owner of their one of the most prized jewel.

"We'll take it, and don't bother wrapping or put it in a box, the necklace is her's to keep" He simply said to the saleslady.

I want to protest, but he put one of his finger in my lips.

"Shhh... It's okay sweetie, we'll take it and just think that it's my reward for your diligence at your work." He said while he pick his premium card at the mini glass box where the saleslady put his card.

After he said it, he face the saleslady and said with a warning tone...

"Next time, entertained your customer whether the customer is loaded or not. Don't insult your customer just by merely looking at it's appearance." He said it again with the hint of anger already at his voice.

Just when we are about to leaved,he faced again the saleslady..

"The next time that you did it again, I will make sure you wil be fired and you'll name will be blacklisted at any jewelry store or any companies." He simply said it again but with conviction in his voice.

The saleslady is now in teary eyed and ashamed is written in her face. She can't help but give sympathy to her even though what she did to her earlier is unforgivable, she insulted and humiliate her even though she is just only asking the necklace price, maybe that'll give her a lesson and hopefully she won't insulted again some costumer.

Then Thomas get my hand and put it in his arm and we come out at jewelry store satisfied.

When we are at the outside of the jewelry store, he put his hand at my hand and it seems that he like to have a hand on hand with me while going at the parking area of the mall.

She simply slide her hand with his hand, but his hand firmly hold her hand.

When she is about to boldly removed her hand with his hand, she heard the two women who is passes by with her and Thomas..

"Cute., maybe they are having some lovers quarrel.." they said it while giggling at each other.

Just to avoid a scene in public she let his hand hold her hand while walking. When she glanced at his face shortly, she'd able to see his suppressed smile in his face.

She sighed, she wanted to shout at him and tell him to stop this nonsense and stop playing his dirty tactics with her. Because she won't let him played her heart.

She really don't want to be his victimized woman, even though she really want to quarrel him but she decided to keep her face avoid with any emotion.

When we reached his Lamborghini Sports Car at the Parking Area, he open the passenger car door and gentlemanly hold my elbow to let me in first in his car.

When he checked that I'm comfortably sitting, he started driving his sports car.

I want to ask him how he managed to be in jewelry store that time that the saleslay insulted her. But she just shut up her mouth.

And later when they reached their office, she will give the necklace to him. She don't want him to think that she's into material things. She wants all her things that fruits from her hard work.

"Why you told me that you have some errands to do outside of the office, when you are just eating and walking in that mall. And why you wanted to buy that necklace?, if I don't follow you in that jewelry store that saleslady will insulted you endlessly." He said it with anger again with his voice.

She wanted to answer that she just to be far from him, and she don't want to join him in his lunch. And she wanted to question him why did he buy the necklace? Even if he is rich, he must not wasting money that much.

But she asked him instead other questions.

"Are you following me, or did you ordered someone to follow me?" She asked him while her eyes is on the road.

"No, I didn't follow you. It's just that when I'm done eating I'll decided to go to the nearest mall because I wanted to buy something for my date tomorrow." He said flatly.

So that's it, it's hurt hearing him said that. Maybe when he go at that nearest mall, after he buys his date some gifts, he saw her checking and asking the price of that necklace.

But why he had to buy it for her, it's not that she's going to die if someone insulted her that way, she's used to it so it did not bother her that much.

When they reached the parking area of the building, she did not wait for him to assist her in going out of the car, she get out fast before he reached her to assist.

Then we go to the elevator silently until we reached the top floor where his office located.

When we are in inside of the office, she thought that the silence will continued.

"Next time, if you do have some errands to do just tell me and I can accompanied you. I don't want that what happened earlier might happened again to you, okay..." He said while he is walking into his office.

"Okay.." She flatly said as if it will going to happen, she thought while following him.

When they reached inside of his office, she waited to sit him in his swivel chair at the back of his table. 

"Boss.., here is the necklace that you buy earlier, I'm thankful enough that you help me awhile ago, but I can't accept it. It's too much, the price of this necklace can be a fortune to others specially in the poor like me." She said while she's trying to unlocked it at her back.

She saw that Thomas abruptly stand up at his swivel chair and he go fast at her side.

"No Ashel, as I've said earlier it's my token or reward to you for your diligence in your work." He said it while he's trying to stop my hand unclasping the necklace in the back of her neck.

"But Boss, I can't accept it. It is so expensive, and I will just disappeared it sooner or later." She continued saying to him.

"No, Ashel it's yours. I will not take it back anymore whether you like or not. If you'll return it, I will just throw it away in the trashcan. Money is no problem with me Ashel, I can buy more than ten pieces of that earlier in the jewelry store without a flinch." He said it while he rotate me to face him.

"Why it is so hard for you to believe in me, when I'm showing some affection on you." He said it in his sweetly tone.

She wants to answer him, that she wants to believed in all his said to her. But basing of his reputation in women as a womanizer, she is afraid that someday she will be like in those women who came and go in his bed and in his life.

"Sorry Boss, I'm just not used to it." She answered simply to Thomas, forgetting all what she wants to answer  earlier.

He sighed,. Maybe he thinks that shes always like that. She run away fast even if they are just starting to help her.

"Keep it Ashel, it's yours now." He said it to me gently.

"Thank you." She replied to him in shy tone.

"Don't be shy my Ashel, I love buying things and i love pampering you." He said it while looking again in my eyes intently...

She shivered upon hearing that to him.
