Racheal sat out with Jade talking the whole time.

Although Delbert never stepped out again, he sent maids two different times to bring food out to them, and a few hours before a hearse arrived, he asked a maid to show her up to one of the rooms to rest up and get ready.

She noticed there was a lot of activity, as maids prepared a hall in the mansion for the casket viewing.

She went upstairs with Jade, hoping that no one would create a scene today.

“Journalists are outside already. The news will be bad if they notice you and Steffan are not talking,” Jade said as they changed into dresses more suited for the wake of a prestigious woman.

Racheal was beginning to hate journalists, and how much scrutiny she was always under because of them.

“The Dallozs are private people, I am not sure they would let them in.” She said, hoping that was true.
