Myla burst out laughing. Kollie would never change, she found every form of eye contact with any kind of cute guy hot.

"You can have 'im if you want 'im", Myla chuckled.

The lady furrowed her brows and squeezed her nose cutely. "Ew, I don't want him, you can keep him. He is a blight on my mental health now and you'll be paying my therapist", She replied matter of factly.

Myla laughed. Disaster well averted.

In the bustling confines of the mall, Myla navigated the bustling streams of shoppers with a practiced ease, her fingers hiding away in Noah's large hand. She didn't know how she did it, maybe it was so he wouldn't lose her in the crowd, but the moment they entered the mall, she reached for his hand and he actually firmly clapsed her hand.

Utter bliss. The only thing threatening to ruin it was the fact that she saw the back of Alex's head at the entrance. Her mission for the day was to avoid him, and enjoy Noah's warmth.
