Keenan was now sitting beside her in the pew as they attended the evening mass.
The church was packed but Claire made sure to sit close to Keenan. Even if it meant, behind him.
Dawn was more quiet than usual, making Keenan wonder what had put her in a bad mood. When he arrived earlier to pick her up, she acted as she usually did with him. But once they arrived in the pew, her mood changed. Her lips were pursed and she barely talked to him.
