Celebration

Days have passed.

Dawn and her siblings have arranged a surprise party for their mother at a hotel restaurant, inviting their closest relatives and their mother’s closest friends. Dawn also extended the invitation to her friends and their families. And after much thought, she also invited Keenan and Blake telling them that they could bring their parents if they’re available. Even so, she told herself not to expect their attendance since the Alegre family wasn’t like any regular family. 

The hotel was decorated with purple flowers and gold accents and white table and chair covers. There were balloons at the entrance of the event hall and at the stage. On the stage was a long golden chaise at the center where Estela would sit. And behind her, on the wall were letterings, greeting her a Happy birthday.
