"Mr. Shields Senior, I'd be willing to never get promoted," Zeke said firmly.

Cillian threw back his head and laughed as he said, "You'll have to be promoted. You've been pretending to be a corrupt official for so many years, and you must have suffered many misunderstandings. However, our country will reward those who are loyal."

Zeke looked relieved.
