The curse

Chapter  2

The whole place was silent as the pack members waited for their alpha to speak ,they knew that he could suddenly be rational but then they had no choice but to sit and wait for him to tell them what it was that made him demand their presence .

“The sitting of the round table was already filled up except for one person and that was the seer ,he hadn’t arrived and everyone was worried why he hadn’t arrived 

“ Did you pass the information to the seer? Declan asked, hitting his fist  on the table angrily ,he had totally lost his cool.

“ Yes ,your majesty,alp,king “ his beta stammered  standing up from  his seat with a terrified look on his face .

“ Now tell me why he's not here yet ?” He asked approaching  him .

The rest of the cabinet members had becomes so scared that they all stood up from their seat  and stood  from afar and watch what was going to happen ,this was more dangerous than they had thought ,they knew that after the death of his last mate he had become so rational and hot tempered than the way he was before but  they never thought that it was going to be this  way ,this is way more than their expectations and they were surprised that the alpha was behaving this way .

 “ I had given you an  instruction  but yet you still had the guts  to go against me ,do you think that because you are my beta I won’t do anything to you ,I really don’t know who is giving you such false hope but I want to make this clear to you ,if in the next five minutes  and  the seer hasn’t arrived I will make sure that you regret ever meeting me “ he barked angrily.

The alpha pulled away and went to sit on the chair at the sitting of the round table quietly ,he didn’t know why he was suddenly this cold but no one should blame him for being this way ,he had lost all that matters to him in  just a Twinkle of an eye and no one was expecting him to smile ,he had lost more babies  and had buried more premature babies and the more they died ,the more he kept on getting new mate ,he was just sick and tired of everything that was y’all to him .

your majesty his here “ someone told him breaking him out of his thoughts and when he raised you his head ,he saw  the seer standing by the door ,he knew how hard he tried to supress the anger that was trying  to come out from him ,he knew that if he did something stupid now no one was going to like it and he was just sick and tired of it ,this only means that  his beta had passed the information to him and he had just decided to come at this time he wished ,he was just lucky that he was his  seer or else he would have done something that he hated to him .

“ To what do I own this meeting “ the seer said as he walked towards the table  holding on to the old stick tightly .

 The seeer wasn’t a middle aged man ,he was so old to the fact that almost all of his teeth had gone off and he was bending while walking but that didn’t stop him from passing the information that the moon goddess had given  to him .

Everyone stood up  as they waited for him to say whatever that he had to say ,they were expecting him to sit down but he didn’t do that ,but instead he kept that dark look on his face .

“ Now why don’t you ask why the moon goddess had refused to let me have a child of my own? '' Alpha Declan asked, standing up and absolutely losing his cool .

The seer raised his head and let out a wicked laugh, making everyone in the room so shocked,no one knew why he was laughing so hard .

Declan tried to hold himself from hitting this stupid old  man because he was totally getting on his  nerves .

“ you brought this upon yourself “ the seer said, making everyone of them shocked to the bone  ,they never  expected it .

“ What do you mean by he brought this upon himself? “ one of the elders asked, holding himself from anger . They didn’t  want to Believe that he was the cause of his pains and was making  everyone of them go through hell .

“ A hybrid placed a curse  on you “

He finally dropped the bombshell as the alpha staggered and sat on the chair ,he couldn’t Believe what he had just heard .

“ What do you mean by  a hybrid  placing a curse on him ,no one is born of a werewolf and a witch ,our forefathers banned it a long time ago and everyone was killed ,none  is still alive ,we made sure we killed everyone of them “ the beta said with rage In Him .

Everyone of them were literally boiling in anger ,they knew what the witches had done to them and that that had made them hate the witches the more ,those devils ,don’t deserve anything good  and the hybrids were no different from them ,the fact that they had the blood of werewolf in them doesn’t make them one of them ,they are already witches  and they will always be .

“ I know that you tried to kill everyone of them ,but  that wasn’t the end ,three year ago , you invaded their last  hiding place and you  thought that you killed everyone of them ,but that isn’t it , you slaughtered everyone of them both youngsters and adult,you thought that you killed them all ,but that’s a big fat lie ,you didn’t kill everyone of them ,one was able to escape and when she  saw what you had done ,she placed a curse on you at that tender age and the fact that she’s an hybrid made ut more effective and their curses aren’t one to  be joked with and that’s more reason why you can’t have a child ,you have to find that girl before the next blood moon and that curse have to be broken and you need to bore a child that will be the  next alpha of this pack ,if this conditions are not met as I have said then you have no choice but this mighty pack that you have built with all your strength and might will be taken away from you in just a  twinkle of an eye ,this are the words of the moon  goddess “ the seeer said and the moment he was done he walked out of the room without loooking back .

Alpha Declan bit his tongue in anger ,he couldn’t believe that the witches he hated so much were the ones responsible for his misfortunes .he knew that he tried all his best to make sure that he killed everyone of them but yet one managed to escape and not only that she made him go through hell ,he couldn’t wait to crush that creature , they had been causing him so much pains right from his young days but he wasn’t going to let this go just like that , she was going to pay with her life .

“prepare the men ,we leave immediately “ he told his beta and walked away .
