Chapter three

   

  Rasping in frustration, I left her bedroom to look for the necklace elsewhere.

   

  I walked inward, wishing to try my luck in her closet.

   

  The strong fragrance of lilies drifted towards me all of a sudden.

   

  As I walked forward, the smell became stronger and stronger.

   

  Somehow, as if by instinct, I knew that this was the smell of my mate. Who was my mate?

  Jack's POV:

   

  I was having coitus with Vivian in her bathroom when I abruptly scented the sweet fragrance of pinnacles.

   

  I knew that my mate had come.

   

  Sure enough, when I looked at the door, I saw Brenda standing there.

   

  "Brenda, you're here," I greeted, while I continued to nudge Vivian.

  "Bitch, who allowed you to enter my place in the early morning? Get out!"

   

  Vivian growled.

   

  I saw Brenda lifting her foot to turn around and leave.

   

  "Wait, don't go. Come here," I said rigorously, pulling out of Vivian.

   

  Brenda walked in slowly as if she was still stumbling.

   

  "Jack, I still want to go on with you. Don't let this bitch distract you. Tell her to get lost,"

   

  Vivian moaned, caressing her modest breasts against my dick.

  "Vivian, you should leave. I need to talk to Brenda about something." I could scarcely lurk the aversion I felt as I hauled her off.

   

  Vivian was astounded for a moment, but she reticently got up and waddled out of the bathroom.

  Vivian threatened with a snort.

   

  "That's all you can do," Brenda jeered, dauntlessly glancing back at her.

   

  Giving attention to the two women bickering was giving me a headache.

   

  "Vivian, get out!" I interrupted. After hurling one last scowl at Brenda, Vivian surged off.

   

  Eventually, I was all solitary with Brenda. I waved at her, beckoning her to come forward.

   

  "Brenda, come closer."

   

  "What can I do for you?" Brenda inquired, slowly walking over with her head drooped.

   

  I walked out of the bathtub and shut the door.

   

  My wolf was madly screaming at me in my mind, asking me to plunge into her.

   

  From the moment I turned eighteen, I knew that Brenda was my mate.
