Mason.
I kept gazing at the mirror with so much patience and toleration. l closed my eyes tight and took a deep breath trying not to get frustrated or get overwhelmed by the situation. Which is what my father does on a normal day. I shouldn't be surprised yet it has me fuming angrily. I switched on the faucet and splashed some water on my face to ease my mind. If l didn't receive a call back there would Andrew have gone ahead with it? We have met a few times and it wouldn't kill me if I just have sex with him. Wouldn't it be too sudden? Maybe it's his way of expressing his love and feeling to his other half but he hasn't told me he likes me either. And if l don't try it or do what he wants l wouldn't know. I'm really tired of having to try like this, maybe if I confront him about it he might tell me how he feels about me. But what is the point? I haven't been home for years and staying there for four days wouldn't kill me. So I took myself back to the lounge. “Hey?" I chirped at Andrew, sourcing a way to tell him I was leaving. “Is everything good?" He asked, bringing his face close to mine yet again. This time l scoot to the side, not really in the mood anymore. “What is wrong, Mason?" He asked calmly. “Nothing really, my father wants me back home. l didn't have such plans, it seems sudden and urgent. It's his birthday party,” l confide in him, brushing my hair off my face with my fingers uneasily. My eyes widened as Andrew held my hands in a comforting position. “Do you want me to come with you?” He asked sincerely. l couldn't believe my ears. He is the first to want to visit my father or request to travel with me to my hometown. l don't hesitate to agree. l need some distraction from my father anyway, “Sure, if you're free to come Andrew." “When are you leaving?” He asks, pouring me a glass of whiskey and one glass for himself. “I'm not drinking, Andrew. I'm not good with alcohol and I'm driving myself back. We will be leaving tomorrow at noon." "Right, his birthday is in a few days. I saw the announcement in the daily newspaper, l didn't plan to attend just like you didn't,” He said nonchalantly and we both giggled at each other. "I will come to meet you there in Lauderhills. I'm fully engaged tomorrow and actually I've been yearning to visit the Mason's Mansion anyway.” “Mmh, then Kai and l will leave first. And thank you for wanting to come with me. He frantically pulled me in for a tight hug. “Are you drunk, Andrew?” “How about we continue with the little fun we were having before we were interrupted?” He whispered in my ear seductively. Those words sent shivers to my spine. l gasped at hard at how they made me feel down there, his sensual voice started boiling me up. “What fun?” l murmured, still in his arms as he wouldn't let go of me. "You know what l mean,” He grinned, leaving some tiny kisses around my eyes. Bussing and sniffing on my cheeks. l whined softly as my body was starting to give in to his administration, “Andrew, l need to go home.” I stood up hurriedly, fixing myself as if nothing happened. “I will take you home baby boy, stay with me for a little while,” He begged, looking at me with pleading eyes. “No, not tonight. I need to finish some remaining paper work I have on my table and l have to prepare for my trip tomorrow.” “We all know this is just an excuse to avoid our moment together, don't you like me, Mason? You don't have to prepare for anything. You know it's only a word and everything is done for you.” “Why are you talking like that?" I asked, irritably. l hate people that say those lines to me the most. l walked out of him. “What? Did l say anything wrong, Mason?” He held my wrist and swung me around desperately. "Do you even know me? Okay, let's say you know me, you should know l don't like people around me, including my bodyguards. l hate those words the most. I'm not some baggage waiting to be pushed around, l don't like people in my space that is why I still do most of my things myself. I'm human and l have my own thoughts too,” l speak fervently, even though my words had no basis at the moment. “Woah, calm down Mason. l was only complimenting you, trying to tell you not to worry. l wanted to get your mind off something like that because I know you will still make it to your hometown in time, stay with me tonight." “I'm sorry l can't stay, l need to go,” l tried to yank my hand off his grip but he pulled me forcefully and baked his lips on mine. My eyes widen when he swirls his tongue on them, teasing me to open up, “Stop, I have to go Andrew,” I complained, annoyed. I pulled my body away from him. “Why are you in such a hurry? Stay with me a little longer, I'm going to miss you." "You will see me in 26 hours, not so much that you can't wait, right?" “I know this is not a good time to say this can you go out with me Mason, please?" “What?” My mind went blank for a moment. I knew I wanted this but not at this rate, “I wasn't expecting you to do this, l thought you wanted nothing serious from me.” “How can you say that, Mason? Is it not obvious that l love you? Go out with me, let me take care of you and Kai." Moments ago I was wishing on everything to make Andrew ask me out, so l will know my stand in his life. It's not even the end of the night yet and my wishes came true. Now l don't know why I'm suddenly hesitant about it. Having gone through a lot of relationships, trauma and dramas. I'm not ready for more. Andrew feels okay, he has everything in riches and firm. There is nothing he will be looking forward to gaining from me. “Thank you for thinking that way toward me but I would like to give it an overnight thought.” “There is no hurry baby, please take all your time. l will wait until you are ready,” He understands, combing my hair backwards with his finger. He pulls me for a kiss on my forehead. “You shouldn't kiss me out here, my father will kill me if this goes out,” l said, not wanting to spend the next moment there as it was getting overwhelming. "Call me when you get home, Mason." I ignored him and dodged into my car and drove Off. l got back home carefully. l trailed through my living room and announced to the maid that happened to be awake, “Inform Kai's nanny to prepare for a trip, we leave at noon,” I said, unbuttoning my shirt buttons. "Yes sir, can l warm up dinner for you?” "No it's fine, get me a glass of milk." “Yes Sir." I sat in my workspace and opened up my laptop to finish all preliminary work. If I'm not going to be around l shouldn't come back to sit on loads of work. Just a little bit longer and my father will stop deciding my life for me. This is going to be my first time seeing him after how many years? Have lost count of how many times we don't see. At least Kai will be happy to see his grandfather and l will be able to spend time with him away from work. l let out a sigh of relief, killing two birds with a stone. I'm not doing enough for Kai, l need to be a good father to him. l gawked at the wall clock, it was already mid-morning. l decided to shut my laptop, trailed to the kitchen, got a bottle of water and walked to my room. I didn't even know time had gone by. A knock came on the door that made me wriggle lazily on my bed. My eyes moved their way to the stopwatch, it was 10:27 am. Fuck! I hate spontaneous bursts of energy, l always make plans to go somewhere but this trip… tch! “Who is there?" I answered anxiously with no interest to get the door "Papa?” "Kai?" My eyes broadened automatically and the laziness to get out of the bed promptly disappeared from me. l can't believe I let Kai knock on the door for so long. I hurried my steps to the door. "Good morning, Sir” Rachel, Kai’s nanny greeted " Good Morning, Rachel." I put my knees to the ground and pulled Kai in for a hug. l was worried for no reason, I thought he came knocking on the door alone, didn't know he came with his nanny. "Kai insisted l brought him here, Sir. Everything he will be needing is ready.” "Kai, are you ready to go see grandfather?" He pouts, shaking his head, “No.” "Why would you say something like that, Kai Kai?" “Because he makes Papa cry,” He mumbled sadly and softly. I jabbed him up in my arms, “Come baby, don't talk about your grandfather like that.” “But Papa always cries after talking to him.” “Kai, where did you hear all of that from?" I said, resting him on my bed. "I always see it, Papa." “Don't be like that Kai, Papa Andrew will join us for grandfather's birthday." Speaking of that, I haven't checked my phone since l got back. "I don't want him to come." "Not again! Please don't tell me you don't like Andrew too?" "I don't like any other person, only Papa,” He smiles, swimming on my bed like it was very cosy for him. He has never liked any of my partners l introduced to him, he invariably has something against all of them. He won't even allow them to touch him. “What is your reason this time Kai?" "I only like Papa," He is chuckling wholeheartedly. "If you keep talking with Papa like this, how will l get to prepare for our departure?" "Sir, I can take him around to play while he waits for you." “No need for that, Rachel. It's okay for him to stay here with me but keep an eye on him please. He might carelessly fall off the bed and hit his head, please be careful." "Yes Sir.” My bed is higher than the one in his room. I went to the bathroom, took a refreshing shower and got back to see Kai ransacking the whole bed. My pillows are all on the ground. "I'm so sorry sir, l will pick that up, he won't stop playing, “Rachel sighs. "It's okay, allow him to feel free,” I said, drying my hair with the mini towel in my hands while smiling at how happy Kai looked. "Kai, the pillows should be on the bed not on the floor,” I picked them up, throwing them back to the bed. " No Papa." Tsk, a smile appeared on my lips. Kai only thinks in a way l don't understand and it is so cute, he is so cute and lovely. l stood in front of the mirror in my closet and put on my black tids and black cargo pants. A knock came on the door and l walked out to the room. l went directly to pick Kai up in my arms as l watched Rachel go get the door. "We are ready, Sir. We should leave now,” David said. l nod vehemently and went to my drawer, picking up one of my favourite collections of black spectacle. “Papa l want!" "Rachel, can you get sunglasses for Kai?” “Yes sir!" I moved my steps, having Kai in my hands as l headed to the car. l could hear David, Benjamin and Clinton coming out with our little bagels. l really hate having so many people around me, sometimes l feel like my bodyguards just keep increasing that sometimes I even lost count of their names. l opened the car door and let Kai go in first and later joined him. “Are you excited, Kai?" "Yes papa" "I'm very happy too, l will have more time to spend with you away from work and…” l couldn't finish my sentence when he playfully held my face and squeezed my cheeks with his tiny fingers. "What now, Kai? You are more excited than I thought,” I said, having my face cupped in his tiny hands. “I'm happy to be with papa, l don't have to go to school." "We are ready to go, Sir,” David announces and l nodded at him through the rear mirror. “Kai, why are you happy you don't have to go to school? Is there something going on that you are not telling Papa?" I asked him curiously as those words he said piqued my attention. "It is only people with mothers that go to our school,” He said, sitting back on his seat, a sad pout on his lips. "Why are you talking like that Kai?" I looked closely at him as those words left a stain on my heart. The sudden sadness in his eyes made me want to move the world for him. "Why would you say something like that baby?" "It's what my classmates all say to me." I pulled him in for a hug, l grew up with no mother by my side too and I totally understand how my son feels. “Kai don't worry about something like that, don't feel sad that you don't have a mother. Did you tell them that your father is enough? Did you tell them that my love for you is beyond the words love itself? How many of them can proudly say their perfect family loves them dearly, Kai Kai? You shouldn't listen to what people have to say about you, baby don't forget no matter what you do people will always have what to say about you. Do you think you will be able to live up to the thought of what people think about you daily? No baby, please don't be like that. If it saddens you too much, do you want to change your school?" "No Papa." "Hmm don't worry, Papa will handle everything. No one will ever say those words to you again, do you understand? I will talk to your principal,” I said sincerely but he was still slightly unhappy as he was playing with his fingers and fixing his eyes on them. He does that whenever he is sad. "Kai, your mood is not helping Papa concentrate.” "I'm sorry Papa,” He apologised. "Don't be like that, Kai,” l smuggled him to sit on my lap and brought his head so he could rest on my chest. I soothe his cheeks with my fingers. "Don't forget Papa will always be here for you.” “l think you should change his school, you have been donating to that school annually yet the principal allows Kai to be bullied,” David suggested in an annoyed tone. “He will always get bullied with something like that, David. I just need to make sure it doesn't repeat itself again.” "Yes, Sir." "Don't fall asleep Kai, let's board the Plane first."Mason. “This way, Young master." l nodded in agreement even though I didn't recognise their faces but I already knew they were sent by my father as they called me by my home name. l held Kai's hand and helped him get his feet down, "Let's go, Kai.” l hurried as fast as my legs could go, with Kai keeping up with me. The warm sun hit my skin as we walked to the plane. I smiled at my favourite Mason's Dassault falcon 2000. The very private jet that has a compatible luxury size and can go in an intercontinental range of 3,130miles. "Kai, let me help you,” I held him up in my arms and went up the stairs. “Kai sit with me, okay?” I chuckled as he smiled at me. I began to fix him up comfortably with extreme safety caution. “Do you want anything to eat, Kai?" “No, Papa." "Sir, I can take care of Kai. In case you have anything to work on, it might be uncomfortable and distracting for you." "No, not all,” l smiled at Rachel, “Take it like it’s a little vacation for me and Kai. l will ta
Leo. I stood in front of the mirror confidently, smirking at how good l looked. I finished with the last button of my shirt before a knock came on the door and l already knew it was Zena. "You look so good my brother. Now let's see who is going to get all the attentions,” She said, gazing at me with glamour in her eyes. “I don't wish to seek attention in the human world. They have nothing on me and it doesn't really matter because they don't exist to me as much as l don't exist to them.” "Whatever you say, Alpha Leo. The car is ready, we should start going." I glanced at the mirror again before making my way out of the room. I walked to the latest Bentley Bentayga AWD, a fine colour l bought for myself as a new year presence. “I will drive,” Auden said, getting into the driver's seat. "You look so good, Leo. I'm jealous of going with you now. You u deserve all the spotlight,” Zena praised, staring at me like we don't stay under the same roof together all the time. “Are you jus
Mason. The party had begun and I was still in my room. I really wanted to avoid standing beside my father to receive the guests, he is just going to rant me out in front of everybody. He is going to tell them how much of a failure I am, how I have not gotten married at this age. I don't want that right now. I will make my way there when he goes on the stage. His attention on me would revert a bit. I walked back and forth helplessly. “Papa?” Kai called out to me. He sat on the bed gazing at me like l was performing a school dance in front of him. I was totally lost in my thoughts that I forgot that he was here all along. I had told the nanny to leave after she helped dressed him up. l'm so fucking nervous. “We will leave soon, Kai,” I answered, not knowing what to say next. Maybe he should go with his nanny and look around instead of sticking with me in the room like this. Gathering amid these toxic businessmen with their eyes on every petal of gold that they see. The prejud
Leo. I walked out of him as if my life depended on it. Zena had just saved the day and she has no idea what she has saved her elder brother from. She saved my life because I had no idea what I wanted to say to him next. My mate! Mason Alien is my fated mate! Those are not the words I wanted to say to my mate when we finally met each other after years of waiting for each other. I couldn't just put in the right words. Mason is fucking human and how am l supposed to get him to understand the love and mate bond we share? How are we supposed to smile at each other as werewolves would do after we detect each other's scent? That nuisance had his bodyguard punch me in the face. His insatiable eyes were on me… He was staring at me like a mannequin with his clothes and he has a fucking son! My mate has a child, he fucking has a child! What am I supposed to do? Firstly, what is that uncultured situation I found myself in? Who dares to accuse the great Alpha Of Crescent Moon Pa
Mason. I stood up immediately as the middle-aged doctor walked out of Kai’s ward. He has a thick frame round eyeglasses that happen to fit his face so well, “How is he, doctor?” I ask, gazing at every corner of his face for the sincere truth. “You don't have anything to worry about, Mr Mason. He is doing well at the moment. I would like to keep him for the next 24 hours or more to be sure he doesn't develop acute stress disorder or he didn't get water into his lungs. And for further observations, he is currently sleeping. He will come around in two hours,” He said with a sincere smile on his face and I let out a sigh of relief. “That is all for now, I will see you around in a few hours,” He tapped on my shoulder and walked away. I rushed into the room immediately and there, Kai was sleeping peacefully. I grabbed a stool from the side and sat close to the bed. I tugged his stray hair out of his face as he pouted, his usual habit. I held his hand into mine. “You scared me so much,
Mason. "What do you mean you just saw Papa, Kai? I'm right here,” I tell him slowly, going down on my knees to be on the same level as him. I held his face so he could look at me but the disappointed look on his face broke my heart, it made me so sad. "Is everything alright?” Andrew's voice came behind me. I held Kai's hands even tighter as he wouldn't say anything to me. “Kai, what is wrong?" “I'm sorry, Papa. I'm sure that I saw him look at us just now,” He muffled. “I think we should get to the car, Mason. You both can talk there,” Andrew said, rubbing my shoulders in comfort. “Let go, Kai,” I went on my steps, looking around curiously to see if there might be any truth in what Kai said. Who could it be? We walked quietly to where the car was parked. I got into the backseat with Kai even though Andrew had opened the passenger seat for me, “l will stay with Kai,” I explained to break the awkward silence and he nodded in agreement and strode back to the driver's seat. “Are
Leo.I sent a mental note to myself before I rushed out of the house but here am I just remembering I was supposed to ask Auden for the room number of the little boy.How do l get to see him now?I threw my hood over my head as I got into the main entrance of the hospital. I don't know why I'm disguising myself either. I went directly to the nurse receptionist who had a polite smile on her face with wide eyes like she saw a ghost coming in her direction."Hi?" She greeted shyly, gripping tightly the piece of paper in her hands. Why is she behaving like an Omega in heat?I let out a frustrated sigh, what am I supposed to ask? I only know Mason as his name. How am I supposed to know the child's name? Although I might have heard him call him something that day I can't remember.I'm such a coward."Hi?” The nurse greeted again with a more curious tone.“I'm looking for Mr Mason, his son was admitted here.""Oh, hold on a second Mr handsome. Let me quickly check…” She hummed.I looked arou
Leo."You already agreed to be friends with him and get him on our side, why did you change your mind?"“Alpha, sorry to interrupt you,” Jason's voice came rushing into the living room. My Beta, who is in charge of the Pack's daily welfare. He is always on the lookout and he is obtainable, "What is it, Jason?" I asked, not prancing an inch from where l was lying down."Alpha Roosevelt of the Litha Moon Pack is here to see you.""What is he doing here? I don't remember inviting him. So he travelled all the way from the north to pay an unexpected visit and that means something must be up.""I can send him away if it is not convenient enough for you to meet him,” Auden suggests."There is no need, Auden. I'm sure he has a reason to be here. Jason, go ahead and send him to my office and you, Zena. Let's talk about this some other time and stop thinking about how to use people to your advantage.”"Don't act like a saint, you know we will be needing his help sooner or later. And make haste,
Mason Two Days Later“How are you feeling?” Doctor Raphael asks me, eyeing me suspiciously as if daring me to lie.“I’m alright, just bored and I hate hospitals,” I complained, wincing as he came close to me with a syringe again.“Sit still.”I nod as he gives me an injection on my shoulder, “When does it end?”“Luckily that’s your last dosage for now.”“For now? But I feel alright.”“Yes, you’re recovering very well but I’m not discharging you anytime soon, you will have to deal with it. You still need bed rest and you are still under observation and moreover you can start eating on your own from now on with limited choices of oatmeal and rice, banana and apple but I don't recommend you moving around yet. Just keep your head elevated as much as possible.”“Thank you.”“Hmm, I will take it that the number you gave me to call will provide you a caregiver?”“Yeah, David. He is my bodyguard, he is close like a family.”“I haven’t seen that mysterious handsome guy around, I
Mason“I’ll be waiting outside, Mason,” Leo stands up from his seat as the doctor steps through the door.A bitter laugh escapes me knowing I will never have Leo’s full heart. This guy takes me for a fool, Leo is fucking with my intelligence, he is stepping on my self eesteem. He is making all of my life into a bitter joke. The way I feel, I don’t dare to look at myself in the mirror.“Leo, if you walk out of that door. It’s over between the both of us,” I solemnly said, feeling terrible and deeply terrified.Terrified because I know Leo can choose to walk out of that door and everything we have been through together will mean nothing, it will suddenly just end. I feel terrible, it seems my big body reduced in size to a smaller version of myself at how Leo’s physically shivered at my statement, his eyes are wide, piercing through me.I don’t dare look away, I look back at him, my eyes sharp. It is now or never. I need to get Leo to tell me the truth, there is no way Andrew would appr
Leo.“He will surely be ashamed of how you’re handling things now and I would love to tell him that I was right. You’re not as strong as you look, you can’t handle a Pack like the Crescent Moon. Not to mention how you have neglected the rules. Should I start from the part where you had a human being live among your Pack members?” Marcelo smiles contentedly and turns to the Elders.“It’s like asking us to exist with vampires, can you guys imagine that?”“What happened here was an accident and I have taken care of it, I guarantee you. And whatever decision I make in my life, a happy one or a sad one, it is for the interest of my Pack so I don’t appreciate your accusations, Uncle. Please excuse me,” I bowed to him and walked out. Jason immediately follows behind. “I don’t like him I swear,” Jason says as he catches up to me, “He doesn’t have good intentions about you and I swear I will kill him with my own hands.”“Just stop it Jason, shut up even! Do you know what you caused back ther
Leo.I take a step back as Nolan groans, his eyes turn red and his fangs drags over his lips as he spreads his hands open. Rolls of black smoke-like shadows discharge from his body, forming into human figures with skull faces. However, they immediately disappear. Nolan coughs out blood and almost falls on his back. With my speed I immediately stop him, holding him gently as he sits on the floor. I don’t move away because of curiosity, “What the fuck was that? What on earth are you?”Nolan stares at me and chuckles, his mouth still full of blood, “Trust me you don’t want to know.”“You’re hurt,” I tell him, my hand still wrapping around his shoulders as he leans in towards me, his head resting on my chest.“I will heal, slowly. You said I should do something about the landmines. I did just that,” He says, shutting his eyes.“I can see that but what will they do?”“They will locate the landmines, remove them and destroy them then return back to my body. Easy right?”“Nolan, what are yo
Nolan/Andrew“I don’t believe you,” I shake my head in disbelief. “I’m sorry, Nolan. But when I woke up it was as if you never existed even until date, without all these coming to light I would never have thought you existed. I’m sorry.”“Stop apologizing,” I tell Leo, closing my ears as the voices in my head have become bothersome. They’re loud, telling me not to stop, telling me not to listen to Leo, telling me to kill Leo and then kill myself. They are telling me not to believe Leo because he is mocking me, he is laughing at me because I’m weak, I’m a big fool.He is trying to get me to believe him so he can abandon me again. I know this feeling, I always dream of it every night. Infact for years I have always considered it a nightmare, a moment where Leo apologies and I forgave him. He said he wanted to give me a piggyback ride across the ocean but when we were in the middle of it he dropped me and dispersed, leaving me to drown. I never thought I would see Leo kneel before me.
Leo.His harsh words are beginning to get to me, “You are being very unreasonable, Andrew or should I call you Nolan? Auden said that was your real name.”“Don’t you dare call me that, my name is Andrew now.”“Look,” I run my fingers through my hair frustratingly, “You have problems with me, why are you involving other people? My Pack people are innocent, they are going to be teenagers joining the hunt. You are going to be taking hundreds of lives and for what?”“I don’t care, trust me it doesn’t measure up to the tragic death I want for the whole of your family, Leo. You’re playing pretends of not having memories of me? I hope you keep playing that game until the end when I take Mason’s life in front of you.”My heart skips a beat at the reality of such agony and my brain automatically makes sure it doesn’t come to that.I let out a deep sigh, “You won’t believe me but I don’t have any memory of you. I swear to the Moon goddess that I want to, I want to remember everything about you
Leo.“We’re here to see you, call them off,” Auden mutters to the figure that has his back on us.I have a lot to say about this mansion, it feels creepy to say that every decoration and architectural design feels like my idea. The white and gold couches in the living room, the vintage paintings, the white ceiling with diamonds chandeliers. It was a young dream of mine to own a mini bar, made with the most lavish wooden stools and a long table.Everything in this house feels like a familiar plan of mine. Maybe Auden is not wrong, this Andrew guy might have been someone very close to me.“I can see that,” Andrew doesn’t call off his henchmen who are blocking us from approaching him, nor does he turn around to look at us. He is in the mini bar, taking forever to pour himself a drink. I can’t tell what he is thinking, I can’t even get any energy from him. This mansion feels as ordinary as any normal guy out there could own. Maybe it's all a facade, someone that dares kidnap my mate shou
Leo. “Alpha.”I heard the voice loud and clear but I didn't pay attention. I’m still looking in the direction of the High Priestess’s quarters, wishing her doors will open and she will invite me in and help me with a solution. Why did I ever think I could have it easy in my life? If the High Priestess doesn’t know how to help me with my problems then who will? What is the point of doing all this?I’m left to fend for myself again, my father did the same thing. I was only a teenager when I took on the responsibility of leading a big pack. My age mates were still in high school while I sat on a throne. One I wasn't ready to sit on but I had to because my father decided to get murdered. Now I have a human mate and I don’t know what to do about him! I don’t know what to do!I’m afraid of my story. Alpha Leo’s history won’t end well. It will be one the next generation will frown upon, a leader nobody cares to remember.“Alpha.”I listen to the voice calling me and tears escape my eyes. “
Leo“Your sister doesn’t seem to like me very much,” Ethan beckons, his spirit dejected as he lazily chooses clothes that should fit him. “You shouldn’t worry about that,” I tell him, tired of the maid in front of me whose hands are shaking, “You can’t fix a common tie?” I scolded her.She immediately goes on her knees, “I’m sorry Alpha, forgive me, please.”“Let me fix it for you, Alpha,” Ethan offers. I nod, waving my hand in the air for the maid to leave my presence immediately.“Do you like anything, Omega?” The tailor asks and Ethan shakes his head, concentrating on my tie. I stare at his lips, the taste of them recoiling on my tongue.I looked away and said, “Richard is my favorite tailor, you should give him a chance to design something for you. You won’t regret it.”Ethan smiles brightly at me, “If you say so, Alpha.”Seriously I try not to stare at Ethan too much, he looks so freshened up, a good bath, his long hair has been trimmed and styled yet it still logs on his should
