“Why do I feel like something isn't right about this?” Demetrius muttered to Carissa as Xerxes' coronation ceremony was going on. She chuckled.

“That is because you have never liked him. Remember all these years, you were always overprotective of me whenever I'm with him.” Demetrius cleared his throat awkwardly.
