I knew transporting rogues in and out of portals would take a toll on me, but it was worth it. I’ve been wanting to take down my brother for a while now. This was like a dream come true, and I didn’t need to get my hands too dirty. I stood in a little hideout a few miles from Blue Moon Pack’s border.

After discovering Mirja wasn’t in the dungeons, I sent the second round of rogues closer to the pack’s hospital to blow that up. I could feel my body weakening, but the sigils were still there, as plain as day. They usually fade when I lose power. Still, I felt weak and felt myself falling to the ground. Nas caught me and sat me down.

“You should take a break. We don’t need you running out of juice,” he said, grabbing my hand.

“I’m fine,” I said, pulling my hand away from him.
