These last two years have been very enlightening, to say the least. First, I find out that I have fae blood in me. That was a surprise, but ok, that explained a lot of the differences between me and some of my friends. I am the mate of a werewolf. Again, I'm not expecting that, but hey, my man is fucking sexy and ridiculously sweet. I guess I can’t argue that much. The biggest surprise was that I had not only fae blood but that my father, who I thought was dead, was alive. Not only is he alive, but he is Poseidon, the god of the ocean. Now that I think about it, that would explain why growing up that he travelled for his job so much. I am glad that he is alive, and over the two months, we have gotten to know each other. I was mad at first, but I understood why he pretended to die in the house fire. Bree has become very close to dad, which I am glad about. We have also been able to meet many of our aunts and uncles.
