Even if it led to a pack war, I didn't care. The symbol of authority of my pack ending up in their pack was already a sign of war. If that was what they needed, I was ready for it. And for some reason, it felt good that I would get a chance to see this guy called Diego.

After a few more minutes, the cars sped right into the premises of the hotel, breaking all security protocols. I was shocked. This was the exact hotel I had seen Kayla walk out of.

In that instant, my thoughts clicked. I remembered her telling me that the guy who was standing and waving behind her was his ex. Damn it! How could I not have remembered anything?

I got off with so much elegance. Some of their men tried to stop us. But my men put them on hold while I walked on with the rest. The stride was fast-paced and gallant. We pushed through the main entrance and stepped into an open floor that had the reception and a few other sections.
