CHAPTER 30

My eyes opened slowly and I took in the strange room. The memories trooped in one by one and I sat up instantly.

The space beside me was empty and I heaved a sigh of relief. Thank their gods. I didn't know how I would react if I woke up beside him after what went down.

My cheeks tinged and a small smile came to my face. I've had lovers in the past but none of them had made me come alive the way he did.
