~ Elijah’s POV~

In the morning, Elijah entered his office without paying much attention. He had hardly slept the night before, managing to get only two hours of rest. Despite feeling tired, he had to start another day of work.

He let out a sigh as he shut the door to his office and noticed a large pile of papers on his desk. It seemed like Alister had left them there the night before because there was no way the Alpha had come in earlier that morning.

However, what Elijah didn't notice at first was a young boy sitting on his chair, fast asleep. He looked puzzled and scanned the room to see if there was some kind of surprise or explanation for why Omar was there, but he couldn't find anything.
