Coming back to my senses, I couldn't help but stay still without a sound. Anyone outside of the cage could assume that I'm dead. I closed my eyes, trying my best to assume that I was dead and gone but then my brain went back to memory lane.

Staring up at an unknown try, I watched my father come and lift me up.

"There are fruits up there. Plug one for yourself," he said from nowhere. Excited, I quickly plugged it and chewed on it.

"Nice? Now plug another for later," he said and I plugged again, another falling right after that. He pulled me down and then nodded at me. Taking my fruit in my hand, I quickly moved away because the bonds between me and my father were yet to be formed and I could barely strike a conversation with him.

"What are you doing?" he said as he approached me minutes later."

"I'm trying to save for later," I said as I washed the fruits and tried saving them in a bag.
