Fourty-Three : Surprise!!
I took off running towards the muffled sobs, as soon as I give Sofia back to Alicia, I dash out of the kitchen and ran towards the second floor of the pack house.
My feet lead me towards a door, my senses are on high alert as my breathing is labored, Calix and Sam are standing behind me, obviously on guard as I can feel the Alpha aura coming out from them, We are now standing at the front door of a room, Rose room to be specific.
I can hear two heart beat inside, Rose breathing is heavy as well, her heart beat is loud and fast while the other one is low almost unnoticeable. Pushing the door open her back on us and I take my time to roam my eyes around her room. No signs of any danger. I let out a sigh of relief.
