Alec's POV

"If you hear or see anything suspicious you all know what to do." My father said with a firm voice, and dispatched our warriors to search the fallen pack of Kristen's family for anything valuable.

Everything was mostly destroyed, burned and teared apart.

There were broken trees everywhere, and blood smudges on the tree trunks that we passed through.

We walked carefully and when I turned to Kristen, she seemed fine.

There wasn't any kind of expression in her face that would tell me that she was uncomfortable.

Alpha Erik took care of most of the corpses and buried their dead bodies on their grounds. But there were still a lot of bodies that were yet to be taken care off.

And we cannot let the authority see any of this, or else it would only bring us great trouble.
