ELARIAN

Accidentally, a stranger spilt his drink on me and offered to clean me up by sending my dress to the laundry room while I waited in one of the guest rooms. I refused, but he persisted in trying to convince me.

His jokes made me laugh, and I had expected to see Aeros again, but what I wasn’t expecting was to see him pounce on the poor guy with such strength that I feared he would kill him.

Afraid of what would happen, I broke a rule. I reached out and touched him right in front of everyone, and I had never seen him that angry.

He grabbed my arm and stormed out of the hall. The car and the driver were waiting, so we just got in and drove off. I could feel every hair on my skin stand at attention; I was so afraid of what he would do this time.

He remained silent and didn’t even say a single word. He kept staring out the window and didn’t even glance in my direction, not even once.
