My gag reflex kicked as soon as the content of the bowl landed onto my tongue, nearly choking me to death. As I coughed and spewed the stew onto the ground, Cade was quickly at my side and made sure I wasn't actually dying. I managed to tell him I was okay between two coughs, waving my hand for him to stay away so I wouldn't vomit on him. The next few days felt like an eternity. We travelled non stop, only resting a few hours at a time to sleep or hunt. Considering our hunts were mostly unsuccessful do to lack of prey, hunger was starting to worn the Pack down. First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for the sudden silence on TAO's updates; some IRL events occurred and left us unable to update the series for much longer than we initially planned.We're incredibly happy to return and see the book has managed to gain such a huge number of readers, more than ANY of our works have gained prior to this one!
