Chapter Eighty-One

It has been a couple days since I became a member of the pack. It was better than I thought it would be. Hunter has been a little busy lately, but he has made it a point to come with me to my training and been staying close to me. Sometime it felt like he was hovering, but I didn’t mind so much, as I liked having him near me.

Zeke ended up moving into the packhouse and I could see there was something heavy on his mind, but refused to talk about it. Training with him has been a little different. He wasn’t pushing me as hard and by the time we were done for the day, I still had loads of energy, unlike before. We spent a lot of time talking about my past and I have learned a lot about how he grew up.

I hadn’t realized until recently that he wasn’t born a God, like I had thought. He was made into a God when he mated with Selene. I had always thought Gods were only created, but there was so much I really didn’t understand.
