Chapter 61

Angel's POV

After Noah and Justin were ordered to leave, Dante pulled me into his hard, bare chest. He was completely naked, but I dared not look down. I could feel that he was still tense from what just happened; I couldn't even imagine what was running through his mind. I was adamant that even though they were rogues who had kidnapped me, at least Noah deserved to live.

Dante looked like he had been through hell and back. The cuts he got during his fight with Noah were quickly healing up, but he had a lot of dried blood on him, some I didn't even think was his. His hair was a mess; his eyes were as black as the night, and they had huge bags underneath them. Because my wolf was repressed, I didn't feel the full effects of being apart from a mate, but looking at him, I had to be somewhat grateful for the wolfsbane.

"Fuck, I missed you," he growled huskily.
