It all happened so fast, slowly I could see her falling…

I tried to muster all the speed I could as soon as I was reaching her side.

The expression on River's face was priceless; it was as though she wasn't expecting everything that was happening.

Raini laid there in my arm, I laid my ears against her chest hoping to myself that I could hear her heartbeat.

"Quick get the door."

I lifted her clearly off the ground as we went to the door.

My heart was pounding deep within my chest.

Soon we reached the car and her sister entered with her in the passenger seat.

While I sat close to my chauffeur, our car sped through out of the apartment.

I could see that River was panicking through the rearview mirror and on my part I was both worried for mother and child. The whole situation was worrisome but I tried to keep myself in check.
