The Kairo Special Part 2: Leaving Emery

Four years ago
I punched the walls of my room. She’s gone. Emery’s gone. I shifted to my wolf and ran through the forest. I wanted to clear my thoughts away from her, but it was of no use. She was all I ever thought off, starting from back then and up until now.
I settled near a tree and whimpered in disappointment. I let her go once again. I promised back then that I’d treasure her when she came back to me, but I failed to do that once more. I ran and ran until I couldn't feel my legs anymore.
I wanted to run away from this place and find Emery, but that would mean leaving the pack behind and making The Council suspicious. I sat down in my room and pondered upon the choices that I’ve made.
Was it really worth it hurting Emery so bad? She doesn’t deserve anything that I’ve done to her. She deserves to be loved, but I treated her like shit. And now I’m fucking miserable because of my own actions.
