Time indeed flies. In just a matter of days, I was making a lot of money from supplying cookies and other bakes to the pastries shop. Ginny, as usual, was saddled with the responsibility of babysitting Alvin. She kept reassuring me that she was okay and happy to help. But I tried my best to make sure I did not overwork her with all the load.The sales at the pastries shop were improving. My business partner, who helped me sell my bakes, assisted me in getting a messenger boy who would take my orders from the shop and come over to Ginny's house to collect the packaged goods to deliver. Every day, orders came from both the customers and the pastry shop owner himself.
