Abomination

Gamma Brent came back to the sad news of his mate being in the hospital. He quickly ran over to see her and was shocked by her current state.

“Mel” his heart broke, her body was so pale and her face was thin. He grabbed her hand almost crying, he had not expected her injury to be so great.

“What is wrong with her?” He asked the doctor immediately he walked in. He had expected her to heal because she was a wolf but nothing of sort was happening.

“She was poisoned by Mistletoe, she must have breath it in somehow and it had paralyzed her. I have tried all I could but right now it is up to her body to heal her but it would take long amount of time” the doctor relayed to him.

“Poison?” He thought, how could she have been poisoned when she was extremely careful with anything she eats, besides she lived in the castle which was a safe place for ranked members how could she have gotten poisoned when such things were not
