Chapter 80

Edwina's POV...

"Oh heavens!" I moaned in exhaustion. My head felt like it would drop off my neck. After trying my hardest to console Becca and giving her some advice that didn't sound so reassuring to me either, we had headed out to foresee the situation of the pack.

Since the pack's meeting, everyone moved with an unsteady weight, each person looking behind whenever they walked. The sizzlers had kept everyone, including myself, on alert.

Especially the she-wolves and cubs, they all need some form of assurance that everything will be sorted. It's understandable that the alpha had played his part in assuring them they were safe. It was my duty to make sure they trusted his words enough. I only hoped his plans were in full swing.
