Chapter 189

Alexander's POV...

Watching them march towards the tunnel as I told them to arrange themselves made me feel good at heart. It was obvious they didn't care about my deficiency; they would harken to every word that came out of my mouth. Their howls as they shifted, sent a thrill down my spine.

I had decided that some groups should shift into their wolves, and the ones using weapons shouldn't shift just yet. Caleb, Carlos, Jason, and the rest of us assigned to the packhouse didn't shift either.

To make the attacks easier, those who have shifted would subdue the sizzlers' army on the different angles of the pack. It would be too much work if they had to get there and shift. It's better for us when our enemies are caught off guard.

I sighed deeply as I remembered this wasn't an ordinary move we were about to make.
