The next day, I get to work early. I’m very eager to get the first day done and over with. I skip the front door and go around the house, as I was told. Then, I go straight to Julius’ cottage. When I wake up the next day, it’s with the certainty that I have to do something to sabotage Evan. It’s almost scary how determined I am to work on something. The decor in the bedroom is just as demure and simplistic as the rest of the house. There’s a large bed right at the center of the room with a dark wooden headboard behind it.
