'It's the only way I can keep you safe Scarlett. ' Alpha Jaxon insisted. My wolf wagged her tail at the mere imagination of us carrying his mark. I on the other hand didn't like his insistence on marking me. It felt as if he was using the imminent assaults to get his way.
