Lucian's POV

As I sat in my office, surrounded by stacks of reports and documents, my mind was consumed with the ongoing war against our enemies. I picked up a report on the progress around the fortress, and my eyes scanned the page, taking in every detail.

According to the report, our troops had been making steady progress in fortifying the walls of the fortress. The construction of new watchtowers was almost complete, and the archers stationed on the walls were receiving additional training to improve their accuracy.
