The meeting room was situated in a room next to Sir Joshue’s office. As to why they decided to build an office in their house was also a wonder. Mayhaps it was easier to keep the secret within a small range of people.
I have been in the room for half an hour and during that time, it was filled with silence. No one had dared to say a word.
The atmosphere was suffocating with my rage, my mind whirled to the possibilities on who could've caused her such pain.
Gratefully, Ethan had elbowed my side with curiosity filling his eyes. It successfully brought back my conscience again.
