Atlas’s POV

Hunter was lucky, as he laid asleep in his crib, he was completely oblivious to everything that was happening around him. Everyone else remained glued to the televisions, some giving me updates whenever they popped in to check on my sleeping mate.

“I get why she did it!” Aesha slumps in the chair next to me. Casting her eyes over Aria.

“You’re fifteen, what would you know about it?”

“She’s spent her life cooped up, locked away from the world, never allowed to travel further than her pack. She finally snapped. She couldn't take it no more and now she has something more important to protect."

“Glad to hear that Athena has caught you up!”

“Actually, Athena was busy. It was that guy, the one who wanted to see you.. Simon!”

“And what exactly did Simon have to say?”

“Not a lot, well not when it came to what’s happening back in his pack, but he spoke a lot about Aria. Answered my questions. Did you really kill her family?”
