Emma’s Pov

I was expecting mu baby to come until the next month. It was late May and I was really hoping the baby would come by June. I always desired a June baby. My Gemini. I smiled, my eyes fluttering to the roof. It skipped to the window and remained, my mind wandering off.

I wondered where Scott was and wished he could come back. Since the incident of his attack, any time he went out, I was jittery until his return.

“Do you feel any pain?” Anna asked me and handed me a cup of tea which I sat up to take and sipped slowly.

I shook my head. “Not as it was before.” I rubbed ny bump with my left hand. “Do you know where Scott ran off to?”

“To get the priest. He insisted.” She pleated her fingers together and wrangled them. I could tell she was worried. “I can't wait for the baby to come. Scott isn't himself.” The very of thought made my heart jump. Truly he cared. I could see that now. I didn't know why but Scott had changed greatly towards me particularly since my abduction.
