As he is an alpha, he cannot get drunk not even by this strong concoction. It's just to pretend that they are relaxing under the guise of drinking.
Logan is sitting in the VIP section on the first floor. He is looking at the people on the dance floor who are dancing as if they don't have any tension in the world.
