Oma's POV.

"The accident that killed Kyle's parents, it wasn't just a normal one, I had fabricated it to make everything look like an accident to the council, if Kyle's parents had not died and if I wasn't quick, then Kyle would have been sitting on the throne and not me." Alpha Theon said, walking round me.

"What are you talking about?" I asked. "You weren't even around when the accident happened?"

"I should have been the one sitting on that throne!" He yelled out, he walked over to my front and paused, holding my gaze. "The only reason the late Kyle's father sat on the throne is because I wasn't wealthy enough to take it, I have always had my eyes on that throne because if I was Alpha then my wife... wouldn't have..."

"That's a lie!" I snapped. "You should never be Alpha, you are not the rightful ruler, Kyle is." I wasn't expecting the punch that pushed me backwards, I crashed onto the floor still tied to my chair. He grabbed my legs and pulled me back up with the chair.

"What brings you two here?" he asked."We need your help," Kyle said, his voice hard.Lucian leaned back against the wall and folded his arms. "Why should I help you? You threw me in here.""You are a rebel, what did you expect," Kyle growled."I did what I had to do," Lucian said with a shrug. "And now you need my help. How ironic.""We're looking for Oma," I spoke up. "We believe you may have information that can help us find her."Lucian raised an eyebrow. "And why would I know anything about that?""Because we know you were involved with Theon," Kyle said, his eyes narrowing. "And we believe he has Oma."Lucian's expression darkened. "That bastard

Kyle's POV. As I walked into the council chambers, I could feel the tension in the room. Alpha Theon was standing at the head of the table, his fists clenched, and his face twisted in anger. The other council members were seated around the table, all wearing expressions of concern. "What's going on?" I asked, trying to break the tension. Alpha Theon turned to face me, his eyes blazing. "You tell me, Kyle. What's going on with Oma?" I hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to say. "I don't know what you're talking about," I said finally. "Don't lie to me!" Alpha Theon bellowed. "I know that Oma has been freed and that she's managed to win you and the others to her side." I felt a cold sweat break out on my forehead. How had Alpha Theon found out? Had one of our group betrayed us? I tried to remain calm, but my heart was pounding in my chest. "That's not true," I said, trying to keep my voice steady. "We haven't joined Oma's side. We just want to be left alone to live our lives."
