I barely knew what transpired outside because I was locked in my room and Burke would not allow me out of his sight, because of how worried he would get. Ava was in my bathroom, trying to calm herself down, she hated the sight of blood and Burke was bleeding all over. I had to treat Burke's injury, although he had refused to say anything about the attack from Hoang, our neighboring pack. Burke was sitting on a chair and I stood opposite him, cleaning and nurturing his injury. Hoang and the crescent pack had always been like a pack with two rulers.
