Chapter Eight: Attacked

"What...just happened?" Elena muttered, she stood there for about five minutes before continuing her walk to the cafeteria.

A minute later, she walked into the cafeteria, she sighted her friends sitting at a corner in the cafeteria so she walked over to them.

"Hey, did you fall asleep in the toilet?" Cece asked and Elena chuckled before sitting down.

"We ordered harmburger and milkshake for you" Carina said, pushing the harmburger to her.

"Thanks" Elena mumbled and took the harmburger, she had a huge bite from it.

"Hmm...it taste good" she muttered and took the milkshake, she drank from it before dropping it back on the table.

"So you both were talking about a sleep at my house, when is that?" She asked.

"Like seriously"CeCe said.

"Are you seriously asking that question?" Carina asked with a surprised look.

"What? Why are you both looking at me like that, I just asked a question" Elena shrugged.

"That has already been answered" Carina said.

"Really?" Elena asked.

"Yes, we told you about ten minutes ago that it's tomorrow" CeCe replied.

"Oh, I forgot" Elena said.

"Yeah you did, only the moon goddess knows what you are thinking" CeCe scoffed and Elena rolled her eyes.

"We should be fast, we are having Marketing in ten minutes" Carina said.

****3:45PM****

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

"That's all for today" the lecturer teaching said before walking out of the class. Elena stood up immediately and started packing her things.

"Hey, why are you in a rush?" Carina asked.

"I have to be at work by 3:30 and the time is 3:45" Elena replied.

"So how are you gonna do it? You are damn late" CeCe asked.

"I will pass the woods" Elena replied.

"What! You should use a cab" Carina said.

"The woods is the fastest way to get there right now, I have no choice" Elena muttered.

"Just be careful" CeCe said.

"Sure" Elena nodded and rushed out of the class.

"Where is she going to in such a rush?" Leonard said, inwardly.

"Hey wanna tag along, we are going to..."

"No, I'm going for a run" Leonard cut Mavis off.

"You didn't even let me finish" Mavis snorted.

"I don't need to" Leonard muttered before walking out of the class.

"Gosh, he is so cocky" Mavis said and Donald chuckled.

Elena stood in front of the woods, staring at it.

"Let's do this" she muttered and walked in, she continued walking.

Some minutes later, she suddenly felt someone was watching her so she looked back and when she saw no one, she turned back and continued walking, as she did, she felt a movement so she looked back again.

"There is no one" she said, inwardly and faced the front, she screamed when she saw a wolf with red eyes staring dangerously at her.

"Ro..gue" she stuttered with wide eyes. The rogue started walking to her and she took a step backward.

"Please" she muttered but the rogue kept walking to her and she took to her heels, the rouge began chasing after her.

As she ran, she looked back and when she saw the rouge was catching up with her, she increased her pace, but in no time, the rogue caught up with her and dragged her leg, making her fall.

"Ahhh!!" She screamed as her leg got scratched by the fallen branches, she looked at the rogue which was now hovering over her, she started move back in fear while still on the ground.

The rogue let out a growl and raised his paws, scratching her hand with its claw.

"Ahhh!!" She yelled again, in pain. Her blood was gushing out heavily.

"What do we do Lia?" Elena asked Lia, in her head.

"Scream for help, someone might be around" Lia replied, hastily.

"Okay" Elena said and looked at the rogue again before screaming for help.

"Help!!"

The rogues eyes twitched and he tore part of her blouse with it's claws.

****ANOTHER PART OF THE WOODS****

Leonard was in his wolf form which had a colour of white and black and about 6ft tall. He was running and in a fast way.

"Ahhh!!" His ear perked up immediately and he stopped running.

"Ahhh!!" The voice came again and he looked around.

"What's going on" he said, inwardly.

"Help!" The voice came again and he started walking, tracing the voice to where it was coming from.

A minute later, he stopped and a growl came from him when he saw a rogue trying to kill a lady, the rouge turned his head to him.

Leonard's eyes flashed and he sped to the rogue, he took it away from the girl and it tried fighting back but Leonard grabbed it's paw before twisting it.

"Ahhh!!" The rouge growled in pain and Leonard deeped his front claw into it before bringing the rouge's heart, the rouge fell down and Leonard threw the heart away before walking to the girl.

His eyes widened when he saw Elena.

"It's mate!" Alfred said and changed to his human form, he bent down and carried her in a bridal style.

"Le.o..nard" Elena whispered as her eyes went shut.

"F**k" Leonard muttered and sped off, even in his human form he was still fast. As he ran, he mind linked the pack doctor to come to his place.

****THE ALPHA PRINCES MANSION****

Leonard walked into the mansion with Elena in his arms.

"Is the pack doctor here?" He asked a maid.

"No sir" the maid.

"Tell him to come to my room when he comes" Leonard said before going upstairs.

He opened the door to his room and went in then he walked to the bed, he dropped Elena gently on it before sitting beside her.

"Is she going to be okay?" Alfred asked, in his head.

"Yes" Leonard replied before looking at her wounds.

"She heals slowly" he muttered.

"What do you expect, she is an omega" Alfred said and a knock sounded on the door.

"Come in" Leonard said and the door opened, the pack doctor who is in his early forties walked in.

"Alpha Prince" he bowed.

"Check her and treat her wounds" Leonard said before standing up from the bed.

"Okay Prince" the pack doctor said and went to Elena on the bed, he took her hand and inspected the wounds there then he noticed a wound on her stomach so he made to lift her blouse up but Leonard quickly held his hand.

"What the hell do you think you are doing?" He asked with a glare.

"I want to check the wound on her stomach" the pack doctor replied.

"Can't you do that without lifting up her blouse" Leonard said.

"I can't sir, I'm just going to check the wound, nothing else" the pack doctor said and Leonard stared at him for a minute before releasing his hand.

"Go on" he muttered.

****TEN MINUTES LATER****

"How is she? Why is she unconscious?" Leonard asked, immediately the pack doctor finished treating her.

"She is okay now but it will take the rest of today before the wounds heal up" the pack doctor replied.

"Okay, so why is she still unconscious?" Leonard asked.

"The shock from being attacked by a rogue made her unconscious but she will wake up soon" The pack doctor replied and packed his things.

"Okay, that's all..right?" Leonard muttered.

"Yes, I would like to take my leave now" the pack doctor said.

"Sure" Leonard nodded and the pack doctor walked out of the room.

Leonard walked to the bed, standing, he began staring at Elena's face.

"Wake up soon" he said after a minute of staring before walking out of the room, he went downstairs.

He went to the kitchen and took a bottle of water from the fridge then he uncapped it, he started drinking from the bottle directly, after drinking to his satisfaction, he dropped the bottle on the counter then he walked out.

The main door opened and Donald came in.

"Hey bro, I just saw the pack doctor coming out of the house now, are you sick?" He asked.

"No" Leonard mumbled and walked to the couch before sitting on it.

"If you are not sick then who is? Why was he here?" Donald asked.

"Elena was attacked by a rogue so I brought her here" Leonard replied and brought out his phone from his pocket, he started pressing it.

"Elena...do you mean my mate?" Donald asked and Leonard snapped his head to his direction.

"What? Isn't she the one?" Donald asked.

"It's her" Leonard muttered and turned back to his phone.

"Oh where is she, my room?" Donald questioned.

"And why would she be in your room" Leonard questioned back.

"She is my mate so she..."

"That's enough, she is not in your room but mine" Leonard cut Donald off.

"Oh, let me go and see her then" Donald said and made to go upstairs.

"You can't, the doctor said she doesn't need noise around her" Leonard said and he stopped.

"I'm not going there to make noise" he said.

"I know but you can't, maybe later and when did you start caring about what happens to her?" Leonard asked.

"That's none of your business" Donald snapped before going to the kitchen.
