His Honorable Maiden

The same butler as before greeted us upon our arrival and it was clear that he had been waiting for the prince’s return. He did not seem surprised to see me with the prince and when he smiled at me, I found myself looking away in embarrassment when I recalled him witnessing the state that I was in the last time I left the prince’s bedroom.

If there was someone who knew without a doubt what had transpired between the prince and me, it would be him. After instructing the butler to prepare clothes and everything that I may need for me, the prince wordlessly led me by the hand deeper into the palace.

“Take a shower and get ready for bed. It’s late, you should get some rest…” Prince Leonard instructed after leading me into a bedroom that I had not been to before.

“Umm…” I murmured in confusion.

I thought that he would take me to his bedroom like before, but it seemed like that wasn’t the case. The bedroom was so luxurious that I couldn’t believe that I would have this bedroom to myself
