Awakening

Prince Leonard walked into the room without knocking while dragging me behind him. I didn't know what to expect, but to see Roxanna sitting up on her hospital bed with her gaze directed in our direction wasn't exactly what I had in mind.

“Roxanna!” Prince Leonard called her name loudly as he went to stand right at her bedside.

The doctor and the nurses quickly made way for the prince. It was clear that now wasn't the right time for them to give a medical report on Roxanna's current condition. With a dismissive nod from the prince the entire medical team silently made their way out of the room. I couldn't stop staring at Roxanna's face as I found it very shocking that she had suddenly regained consciousness. It was truly surprising, but I guessed that miracles can really happen.

Now I understood why Prince Leonard had rushed all the way over here right after receiving the call and what he meant when he said that he needed to see this for himself. I was certain that it was also hard
