I reached out to hold his hand, wanting to reassure him that we were in this together. I know for sure that he was always been here with me through tough and thin. "Finding a cure may not be easy, but we won't give up. We'll search far and wide, consult experts, and do whatever it takes to overcome this curse. We owe it to ourselves and to the next generation."

Davien's eyes softened as he squeezed my hand back. "You're right, Hera. We're in this together , I am sure the wolves in my pack and the vampires in your clan wants what's best for us too, and I won't let you face this alone. We'll face every obstacle head-on, and I promise to support you every step of the way."

A surge of hope filled my heart, knowing
